apt update

finding an apartment is very hard. i did not get my act together to go see the ones i had picked out. so now i cant go see those bc i blew them off. AHHH life is so hard.

at least it was GG tonight! looking foward to GG tuesday!

only five days untill alex comes to vist me in CHI!

i am super excited. she should be so excited for the awesome weather we are going to have... this is before windchill!!


well im off to dig out my car and go to s. bucks. mmmm.

Gossip Girl Tuesday

in honor of our college tradition, wine tuesday. when alex and i would polish off a liter and half of sauvignon blanc and either a dish of bufflo chicken dip or taco dip and watch tv. (its ok it was college and totall acceptable to do things like that, see we have stoped since graduation, and i have lost those unwanted lbs) as well we have decided to devote tuesday to gossip girl.

i have an unhealthy obsession...

gossip girl. its not just the tv show either. when i was a freshman in college i got really into the books. my sister who got me into them was in highschool. we used to fight over them at the pool. oh the days.

anyway today i got to thinking What Would Blair Waldorf Do-Wear? should be a regular on our blog. many times a day i ask myself.

from getting dress, to shopping (wishing for one of those prada headbands -I DIE- if i ever found one i would not be able to stop from buying it) to some bitchy remark to put someone else in their place. i just need her in my life.

say it aint so...

people.com has a post saying that lilo and samron are still together, admits rumors they have broken up.

i hope they stay together long enough for me to see samron spin on feb 6th.

Promotion

today at work i got a MASSIVE promotion. i got a desk. i know your probably thinking how did i have a "desk job" without a desk. well i had one. it was just adjacent to my boss and award. he could see everything i was doing. so it was just excel a.l.l.d.a.y.l.o.n.g. today when i arrived at said job i went to my desk and everything was gone.

what a pleasant surprise to start my second month of work!!!

in my old life i would have gone out at lunch and purchased myself a little present...

but my other big news is that i'm looking for my very own APT!!!!

i will keep you updated! i'm sure its going to give lots to post about.

Plaid like LC

As of lately I have been in the search for the perfect plaid shirt, a la (my favorite reality star) LC. I love how chic they look with the prefect skinny jeans. In case you were wondering these said plaid shirts are extremely difficult to find.

I was finally able to track one down at my local Urban Outfitters located at Downtown Palm Beach Gardens. It is quickly becoming my fav shirt to wear. Perfect for those cool 65 degree south Florida winter days. I love the vintage look and feel of these great Urban Renewal shirts.
